At Rest Assured Home Buyers,
our mission is simple: Putting People First.
Eitan Fishbein
Founder, Rest Assured Home Buyers
I founded Rest Assured Home Buyers after seeing how often people inherit property during already difficult moments — only to become overwhelmed by decisions they never asked to make. Too many families are left confused about their rights, pressured by deadlines, or pushed into quick decisions by people who don't take the time to explain what's really happening. I believed there had to be a more thoughtful, honest way to help.
One of the most challenging — and common — issues I see with inherited homes is dealing with uncooperative family members. When a parent or loved one is no longer around to keep the peace, siblings and extended family can sometimes feel more empowered to act in their own interests.
Some of the families I'm proudest to have helped were ones where no one agreed at the start. By working with each person individually and keeping the process transparent, we were able to ensure everyone was treated fairly and with respect.
"What I've learned is that the hardest part is rarely the house itself. More often, it's the uncertainty — not knowing what options exist, what steps to take first, or whether you're even in a position to make decisions yet."
— Eitan Fishbein, FounderI don't believe every homeowner should sell to me, and I say that openly. In many situations, keeping the property, waiting, or listing with a traditional real estate agent may lead to a better outcome. My responsibility is to help you understand the full picture — including timelines, risks, and alternatives — so you can make the decision that's right for you and your family, not the one that benefits me most.
When selling does make sense, my team and I purchase properties as-is, with no repairs, no commissions, and no pressure. We handle the complicated parts — paperwork, title issues, coordination with attorneys or courts — and structure timelines that reflect real life. Whether that means moving quickly or allowing time for family coordination, the process is built around your situation, not ours.
Close to 400 homes purchased across Florida.
Working with families facing probate delays, inherited properties, foreclosure pressure, title complications, and homes in poor condition. My role is to slow things down, explain the process clearly, and help people move forward with confidence.
Having been in this business for over 12 years, we've learned three things
which property sellers need most.
Situations We Actually Solve
Over the past 12 years, I've worked with families in every kind of difficult property situation. Here's what we handle every day.
